Omega

In an effort to learn more about the Unity game engine, Fregas Baratis has been working on making an Ultima-like 2D game. Thus far, Omega has basic map traversal and creation (overworld and dungeons), entering and exiting of towns and dungeons (including support for multiple entrances to each), support for animated water and terrain tiles, support for collisions (that is: obstacles), line-of-sight shadows, a basic HUD…and the camera is able to follow the player around.
In addition, Baratis has begun devising the rudiments of a story for the game.
